About Brooke Van Dyke

Ask Brooke Van Dyke how she got into real estate and she'll tell you there wasn't really an "Aha! moment," but a feeling that she could not shake.

"I felt connected to the belief that everyone deserves impeccable and honest service worth remembering - and I knew I could fill those shoes," she says.

Brooke also recognized the perks of the business. "Not having to request time off when I want to travel or when my child is sick," she says. "In addition, you can earn as much or as little as you wish. That's where it all started for me in 2016."

As an agent on the Becki Bolton Team of Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C., Brooke is thriving - personally and professionally. And her home buying and selling clients are grateful for her impeccable service.

"I love my first-time home buyers!" she says. "My passion is to help single parents and women become homeowners. It's a testament to future generations that you can achieve the American dream if you really want it."

She is grateful for opportunities to serve others: "Every day, every client, every sale is unique."

Prior to her real estate career, Brooke honed her organizational skills working in property management and also as an administrative assistant for a large data analytics company where she oversaw technical support, business travel, events planning and more.

Originally from the central valley of California, Brooke, her husband, their young son and several family dogs are happy to call the Fayetteville area home.

A cause close to Brooke's heart is KidsPeace, a local nonprofit organization with a mission to serve the needs of foster children and families.

When not working, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family at home and investing in her health and wellness. She has competed in a couple of bodybuilding competitions (and was awarded in both). Next up: Archery.
